Challenge:
Provision and management of conference services and equipment. Design and execution of 2 concept events. Executive support for team building activity.

It was attended by 100 C.C. CIPAC higher management delegates from all EU countries

Marc Mathieu, senior vice president, Global Brand Marketing & Creative Excellence for The Coca Cola Company, attended as a guest speaker

2 theme events designed & delivered, included a Greek traditional night

MCKINSEY & CO – FOLEGANDROS SUMMER RETREAT
Challenge:
Plan and execute a 4 days retreat in a remote island, for 120 company employees and family.
Activation:
-
Retreat was carried out at the island of Folegandros
-
Theme day events included transformation of 2 remote beach locations into private beach clubs with full scale facilities, brought, constructed and operated only for the occasion
-
Theme nights out, included Greek traditional night, White night party by the pool and private beach party
-
Several project aspects were handled as transportation and logistics, local authorities negotiations, rental and use of services from Athens and nearby islands
-
42 staff required for the setup and implementation of the entire operation



EUROSTYLE GROUP – JLO SHOP VISIT
Challenge:
Design and execute the visit of Jennifer Lopez at the JLo shop in Glyfada
Activation:

A fancy red carpet event was produced and implemented for Jennifer Lopez and few invited media and guests

Provided crowd management and security for the VIPs and the1500 excited fans
-
Handled several event aspects, as the site decoration and setup, VIPs’ accreditation system, Live radio booth setup, Jennifer Lopez photo shooting

Challenge:
Execute the launch event of Swedish brand, Xante in Greece. Introduce it to a small specific target group.

Adopted and executed a 5 day mystery interactive game.

The game intrigued 20 top
bartenders to start seeking clues
and info for 5 consecutive days.

The revelation event took place in
an old warehouse and included
special effects, brand owners
speech, workshops and dinner.

Mobile phones, SMS and web sites were utilized for the implementation of the game.
